Principal Accountant $365 hourly rate plus GST (First 10 minutes obligation free)

  • Software Trading (MYOB/XERO/QUICKBOOKS ONLINE) 

 

PACKAGE 1: 2 HOURS LIVE SESSION / $750

PACKAGE 2: 3 HOURS LIVE SESSION WITH ACCOUNTING BASIC KNOWLEDGE /1k

Basic ITR starts from 120, Per investment property/business schedule/capital gain or loss schedule, will add up additional cost. 

Preparation and lodgement of Trust Tax Return starts from $330. Trust Pricing based on 3 categories. Category 1 start from 350 which consists of basic return, category 2 starts from 1500 including bookkeeping, category 3 starts from 2500 which includes bookkeeping and payroll services. 

 

This may include:

  • Basic Bookkeeping
  • Preparation of Income Tax Returns and Tax planning
  • Review and analysis of your financial accounts.
  • Annual Payroll Reconciliation
  • Review and assist in preparation and lodgement of your BAS/GST, PAYGW and PAYGI obligations to the ATO as necessary.
  • ASIC Management and solvency resolution
  • Review and analysis of your financial accounts.

 

Finalisation & compilation of all documents as required for your signature and for lodgement with the Australian Taxation Office where required.

  • Review of your financial information and records accuracy and quality
  • Preparation of Statutory Trust Financial Statements
  • Preparation of Trading Statement, Statement of Financial Performance, Statement of Financial Position, and Notes to The Accounts
  • Preparation of your Trust tax return
  • Preparation of trust distribution minute
  • Lodgement with the Australian Taxation Office
  • Checking and forwarding Notices of Assessment from the A.T.O.
  • Annual meeting with Advisor to review and discuss forward tax strategy and planning

SMSF Administration, Funds Annual Compliance, Annual financial statements and Tax return starts from $1000 per year excluding Software subscription and Auditing Fees

This may include:

  • Completion of the annual financial statements and associated documents for the fund
  • Preparation & lodgement of the annual tax return for the fund
  • Calculation of updated pension amount
  • Disbursement for completion of the actuarial certificate for the fund (if required)
  • Arranging for completion of the fund audit
  • Other taxation advice provided throughout the period.

 

ASIC compliance starts with $175 per year 

This may include:

  • Managing Annual ASIC Review Fees
  • Prepare and update register if any meeting took place regarding address change
  • Prepare and manage Solvency declaration
